1. Return Eligibility

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • We do not accept returns for personal hygiene products, clearance items, or customized goods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

    2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
    3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

3. Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exchanges & Defective Products

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
    • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
    • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect products; we do not offer exchanges for other reasons.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Items returned without prior authorization
    • Products damaged due to customer misuse

6. Late or Missing Refunds
